12 Days of Fitness Challenge

It's the countdown to the festive holidays and the last push before we get cosy with one too many mince pies.

So from Sunday 13th December, we're inviting you to join us for our 12 Days of Fitness Challenge!


How Does It Work?

Every day from Sunday 13th December to Christmas Eve, we'll be sharing an exercise to tackle for the day on our Instagram page.

Just like the original 12 Days of Christmas song, the challenge will be to complete the exercise for the day AND all the exercises from the days before. This means that on the 12th day you will be doing 12 exercises in total!

Keep an eye out on our Instagram page for the exercise of the day along with a short explainer video with one of our expert trainers. He'll be showing you how to do the exercise properly to ensure you're activating the correct muscles and that your form is on point.

What's Happening On The Last Day Of The Challenge?

On Thursday 24th December at 09h00, we'll be going live on Instagram! This live session will include all 12 days' exercises in a workout that you can follow along with.
