Where? Welcome Gym SouthendTogether with two experienced teachers, you will get the chance to try a wide range of body preparation and exercises, as well as individual feedback. We will help you build trust, gain strength and flexibility in not only your handstand practise but in your whole body.
Workshop Leaders:Susan Mcallister - Yoga: Sue has been practising yoga for 16 years and teaching for most of this time. She brings fun and challenging elements to her class. She has a love for arm balancing and experience with inversion classes and workshops.
Tonks Blom - Circus: Tonks has been a circus performer for most of her life, where she practised handstands among many things for a wide range of career professional teachers in Sweden. She has been teaching everything from circus to theatre and dance for the past 15 years and has a special love for handstand practice.
