With the "new year, new me" resolutions incoming there can be a lot of pressure to re-invent yourself and make quick, big changes to your life in the new year.
Whilst change is good and dedicating energy to improving your life is what we're all about, sometimes you just need a few reminders to cut through the pressure and reassure yourself that with a little time, focus, and dedication, you will achieve what you set out to do.
1. You are not too old and it is not too late
