It's a new year, a fresh start and there is no better time than now to breathe life into your fitness routine and get focused on your mental and physical well-being. We have loads of fun and exciting things in store to add to your journey!

Veganuary
Nutritionist, Michele Scarr (DIP Nut CNHC mBANT) is here to help you set your New Year on a healthy trajectory. Would you like to go more plant-based but find it difficult to find and stick to healthy vegan meals? Eating Vegan is not easy at the beginning unless you have the 'know-how'. This is why many people end up eating vegan sausages and processed meals – not the most appealing if you’re trying to be healthy!

Starting on Tuesday 17th January, Michele will be launching her 2-week Veganuary Programme with a 40+ recipe meal plan that will help you determine how much protein you need, provide good vegan sources and how to master a plant-based lifestyle.

Bite-Sized Fitness
The world is getting faster by the day and in 2023 time is of the essence! Group Fitness classes are a good way to keep your workouts short but impactful. We will be adding an array of new classes to our clubs so you have more options when planning your visits. Keep an eye out on our Facebook & Instagram pages where you will see short tutorials and techniques that you can add to your routine or just get you moving if you are pressed for time. Our instructors will also do their regular weekly Instagram Live classes so you don't miss a beat!

Gym Intros & New To Fitness Content
If you're a new joiner in 2023, book a gym intro with us where our experienced staff members will take you through the gym, explain what each space in the club is used for, and what each machine or piece of equipment does. This will ensure you know exactly what to do and where to go when you come for your first workout. On our social media pages, we will also be adding beginner-friendly content so everybody from the new gym goer to an experienced member can benefit even when not in the club.

Virtual Studio
Our Virtual Studio, accessible via the mobile App, will feature even more workout videos that you can do in the comfort of your home. Great for days when you can't make it to the gym. Our experienced instructors will be covering routines of multiple disciplines for different fitness levels.

With all of these great things planned for the new year, nothing is stopping you from hitting reset!
