It's Olympics season, a time for the top athletes of the world to come together and compete for highly sought-after medals and World records - but the fun doesn't have to stop there! From 1 July - 11 August, take part in our Olympics-inspired gym challenge designed for EVERYONE and ANYONE to get involved.

Introducing The Gym Games 2024!

Test yourself and push your limits - become a Bronze level (16 gym sessions), Silver level, (24 gym sessions), or Gold level (30+ gym sessions) member in 6 weeks!

Bring a teammate along for the challenge. Keep an eye out for your ‘FREE 5-Day Multi Pass’ available to share with a friend via our App between the 23rd and 25th of June.

What Is The Gym Games 2024?
YOU choose your goals, YOU set your workouts, and YOU improve your performance.

This challenge is perfect for beginners and sports fanatics alike. Plus it's a great way to switch up your routine by exploring different areas of the gym!

The Tiers Explained:

• Bronze tier | Tick off 16 gym sessions in 6 weeks (2-3 per week)
• Silver tier| Tick off 24 gym sessions in 6 weeks (4 per week)
• Gold tier | Tick off 30+ gym sessions in 6 weeks (5 per week)

How To Take Part:
1. Pick up a Challenge Participation Card from reception at the beginning of July. Tick off on the rear of your challenge card every time you come into the gym for a workout. Reception can keep your card so you don't lose it! *1 session per day.

2. Hand in your card to reception by Friday 16 August.

3. All Bronze, Silver & Gold participants will receive a certificate of completion. Gold-level participants will be entered into a draw to win a Gym Games 2024 t-shirt!


*Honesty is the best policy - no cheating. Members who complete the challenge and hand in their challenge card to reception by 11 August will be contacted directly to collect their certificates. Gold-level winners who hand in their completed Participation Card to reception will be entered into a draw and contacted directly to collect their Gym Games t-shirts.
