With our brand new nomination program, Welcome Gym members can nominate someone they know is struggling to be considered for a fully sponsored gym membership.

How To Nominate?

There are two ways to nominate someone. You can either speak directly to one of our staff members at your local Welcome Gym club and they can assist you with your nomination. We also know that mental ill health affects more than just the person experiencing it. Especially if you’re worried about a struggling loved one, it can be difficult to know what to do.

What Is Kibou?

The Kibou (meaning ‘Hope’ in Japanese) app is a supportive environment for everyone in their everyday. The App focuses on private community-building which allows users to log their mental health progress daily, as well as, communicate with a personal support system of up to 6 loved ones. It helps users identify the support they need, ensuring help is tailored and accessible to their individual needs.
