This November, we’re so excited to bring you fun events all about getting stronger, in line with our Lift Campaign. Now, you might think it’s just about lifting heavy weights, but actually, there’s so much more to it! So, let’s check out these events and see how you can join in.
What Is a Strength Event?These events aren’t only about lifting heavy! Instead, they’re all about lifting each other up and building strength together – in our bodies and our minds. Here, you’ll join in on themed activities and, best of all, meet other club members to support each other.
It’s all about helping each other feel stronger in every way!We have something for everyone: learning new skills, getting better at techniques, finding ways to reach personal bests, learning about healthy eating, and more. Plus, you’ll get to work with our friendly coaches and feel the support of other members too!
What Events Are Happening?Here’s a sneak peek at some cool events we have planned at various clubs:
- Knee and ankle care workshop – learn exercises that keep your knees and ankles healthy.
- Core strength workshop – work on the muscles in your belly and back!
- Deadlift challenge – try lifting a barbell up from the ground.
- Women-only self-defense class – learn moves to keep yourself safe.
- CrossFit class – a fun mix of exercises to build strength and speed.
- Cable exercises workshop – use cable machines to work different muscles.
- Wellness Day – a day filled with full-body workshops!
