Mostly A’s: Strength Seeker Challenge
Your focus is on building power and muscle. The Strength Seeker Challenge is perfect for you, featuring weightlifting goals, progressive overload training, and strength-focused workouts.
Your Challenge: Aim to hit a new personal best in your squat, deadlift, or bench press by the end of Gym Fest.

Mostly B’s: Endurance Warrior Challenge

You thrive on pushing your stamina and cardiovascular fitness. This challenge includes long-distance runs, HIIT workouts, and stamina-based training to keep you going strong.
Your Challenge: Complete a 5K, 10K, or half-marathon run, or cycle a set distance within a specific time frame.

Mostly C’s: Flexibility Flow Challenge
You’re all about movement, mobility, and balance. This challenge focuses on yoga, Pilates, and stretching routines to enhance your flexibility and prevent injuries.
Your Challenge: Hold a deep squat for 5 minutes daily or master a new yoga pose, like the splits or crow pose.

Mostly D’s: Consistency Champion Challenge
Sticking to a routine is key for you. This challenge helps you build long-term habits with structured workout plans and accountability check-ins.
Your Challenge: Work out at least 4 times a week for the entire duration of Gym Fest without missing a session.

Mostly E’s: Gym Adventurer Challenge
You love variety and excitement in your fitness routine. This challenge will have you trying new workouts, from dance classes to obstacle courses, keeping things fresh and fun!
Your Challenge: Try at least 5 different workout styles throughout Gym Fest, from boxing to Pilates.
