Try this routine:
- Jump Rope Warm-Up – 3 minutes
- Squats – 3 sets of 12 reps
- Push-Ups – 3 sets of 10 reps
- Lunges – 3 sets of 10 reps per leg
- Plank Hold – 30–60 seconds
- Cool Down – Stretching & deep breathing
