Fri 6am - 9pm
Weekend & Bank Hols 8am - 6pm

Off-peak access:
Mon - Fri 6am - 12pm & 2pm - 5pm
Weekend & Bank Hols 8am - 6pm

Off-peak members: To guarantee entry to the gym, please arrive no later than 30 mins before the end of the Off-peak access hours.

Where We Are

Find us on the outskirts of Chesham on the Amersham Road and located next door to Chesham Football Club and Cricket Ground. All customers can benefit from free parking onsite.
