Located on Leafy Lane just opposite the junction of Queens Road onto the London Road in Maidstone next to Argos, we offer an accessible venue with convenient free parking.

We pride ourselves in providing excellent value fitness, and a warm and welcoming atmosphere with over 35 FREE ‘instructor led’ fitness workshops and classes every week. Your monthly membership fee is all-inclusive, meaning you can attend the gym, swim or book into a class as often as you like.
