With a background in strength and conditioning and experience in powerlifting, I’m passionate about helping individuals get stronger, leaner, and more confident in their fitness journeys. I also offer guidance on nutrition and place a strong emphasis on mental wellbeing, recognising the vital role exercise plays in supporting mental health. Just start… the rest will follow.
