John Asher is a different kind of Personal Trainer: firstly – he's not the youngest, and, secondly – he's a cancer survivor. His mission in life is to enable people to live better by improving their overall fitness, coordination and health.
Being fit and healthy means getting more out of life, for longer. It means feeling good about yourself. It means looking at yourself in the mirror and liking what you see. It means being mentally sharper, and being able to do more of what you want to do. Above all else, it enables you to cope more easily with whatever life throws at you.
We’re all different: we’re built differently – short, tall, fat, thin; we are all motivated differently – some totally self-motivated, some needing encouragement; some of us may have specific medical needs, whether physical or psychological.
John Asher tailors personal plans for each of his clients in a totally bespoke way, depending on their needs, their capabilities, their likes and their dislikes. Because that way, it works for them. It’s all about finding out what you want to achieve, and then, how we can work together to help you do just that.
